My name is Keri Fulmore

I am a Medical Intuitive and Functional Medicine Practitioner.

For 16 years, I have been doing Medical Intuitive Readings and helping people connect to their intuition.

I once was in deep chronic pain, not knowing where to turn or who to turn to for answers. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars seeking answers outside of myself. Week One

Let go of emotional heaviness, cleanse and fill up with Joy

Activate your intuition with guided meditation. I will take you on a journey to activate your energy centers including your energetic ear, eyes and heart, so that you can easily feel spirit led and get answers about your health, healing, future and purpose.
Process and Detox Your Emotional Energy Body. We will explore emotional resistance, inflammation, disconnection, emotional trauma, absorbed and taught emotions, patterns and beliefs, etc and identify where these things are stuck in our body so that we can let them go. This will help to reset your nervous system so that you can feel peaceful and clear.
We will have so many ah ha moments and a lot of fun too.

Week Two

Lifestyle Hacks to get your body cleansing

Lifestyle Hacks for Cleansing. We will learn techniques and tricks you can implement right away to help your body to open up its cleansing pathways.
Mild and Effective Detox Protocols. With your intuition, you will be able to choose a mild cleanse protocol to help assist your body in getting rid of the toxins it has accumulated.
A Body Nourishing Diet. You will be able to help tailor a body nourishing diet that feels right for your body. No "body" is the same, so no eating plan should be either. This cleanse works for every "body".

Week Three

Breath of Life

Learn to Use Your Breath. This week, you will be immersed in a breathwork practice with Toby Lucas, Kundalini Breathwork coach and Medium.

In this interactive class, Toby will teach about the life force of the body and mind, called Prana.

You will discover different breathing techniques and understand the science behind the benefits of these simple and powerful breathing techniques, including Breath of Fire and Nadi breathing.

Learn to control your mood, develop concentration and promote a feeling of deep connectedness all through the way you breathe!

Please bring water and a notebook and be in a comfortable, quiet place for this empowering class.

This breathwork uplifts the spirit, stimulates circulation, balances digestion and energy centers, moves lymph and clears stagnant emotions that are ready to be cleared.

Week Four

Cleanse your Spiritual and Energetic Body

Tap into your Spiritual Energy Body. This week includes a guided-meditation to expand your awareness and enhance self-healing. It includes techniques to perform self-healing on any body part, energy centers, aura, chakras, etc.

Together we will work with our soul and energetic centres to release, cleanse and heal.

Keri and Adam Fulmore will be teaching together this week to super charge the frequency to increase positive results.

Week Five

Self Care and Self Love

Tapping into what self-care and self-love looks like for you and how to implement it with a busy life.
Creating your frequency activating tools to help your body stay balanced and open to process and cleanse.
Deep diving into self-love. What is it and how to cultivate it?

The feelings of love and joy help us balance our physical and emotional bodies. Most of us empaths are familiar with how to give love but can feel stumped about how to love and accept ourselves. This creates energetic blockages and affects our physical body's health and vibrancy. We will deepen our self-love in week five.

Week Six

Closing out the Cleanse

Checking into our Spiritual, Energetic, Emotional and Physical Body. We will connect with our higher selves to assess the impact of the cleanse on our energy, health and more.
Question and Answer Session
Closing out the Cleanse. We will talk about where to go next and how to keep moving forward on this powerful healing journey.
We will feel a deep sense of connection and love as we close out this journey together.
